Return Policy

Here at BandSawBladesDirect.com, we strive to provide the best quality band saw blades, band saws, and sawing accessories for our customers. If a problem should arise with your order, please contact our customer service department. Our team will work with you to the best of their ability to resolve your problem. 

Due to the nature of the products we sell, our return policy is as follows: 

  • Band Saw Blades - All band saw blades are fabricated & welded to order and therefore do not qualify for returns. If there is a problem with your blade, please contact our customer service department. One of our agents will work to assess your problem and come to a resolution.  

  • Band Saw Lubricants - Lubricants are eligible for return as long as they are unopened.  Any opened products are not returnable. 

  • Band Saws & Other Items - Some band saws and other items may be returnable if in new and resellable condition and may be subject to a restocking fee. Any product that is opened, used, and not in its original packaging will not be returnable.

Please note: When returning items, the products need to be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items to BandSawBlades.com. We do not credit freight. Any items returned back in a used, unsellable condition or custom-made items may be returned to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Please note: While funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to their customers’ accounts.
